Inflammation: A high-carb kibble diet can trigger inflammation flare-ups (aka gurgly gut). A fresh, easy-to-digest human-grade diet is key to maintaining a happy balanced gut and microbiome.
Food intolerances: A bad reaction after eating can lead to negative associations with food. We recommend an elimination diet to pinpoint specific intolerances — but be sure to chat to your vet first!
Vitamin deficiency: Vitamin B12 is crucial for a healthy nervous system and can influence your pup’s appetite. An imbalanced microbiome can also impact their ability to absorb Vitamin B12. If your dog is prone to gastrointestinal problems, this deficiency could be the issue.
