How do I resume my subscription?

Welcome back to the pack! Resume your deliveries by logging in to your account with your email address and password. Navigate to your account's dashboard and click the ‘Re-activate deliveries’ box to resume your plan.

Once resumed, your next delivery will be scheduled automatically and will appear on your ‘Deliveries’ page. Update your next delivery date here, along with any changes to your dog’s plan.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Reset your account password by visiting this page. You’ll receive a reset link in your inbox to input a new password.

Can I order a smaller box?

Unfortunately, Lyka Starter Boxes are only available for new customers. If you’re unsure whether the Full Bowl Plan is right for you, try Lyka’s Half Bowl Plan that covers half of your dog’s daily dietary needs. Navigate to the 'My plan' section and update your plan by selecting the 'Change to half bowl' button.
