How do I resume my subscription?

Welcome back to the pack! Resume your deliveries by logging in to your account with your email address and password. Navigate to your account's dashboard and click the ‘Re-activate deliveries’ box to resume your plan.

Once resumed, your next delivery will be scheduled automatically and will appear on your ‘Deliveries’ page. Update your next delivery date here, along with any changes to your dog’s plan.

Can I order a smaller box?

Unfortunately, Lyka Starter Boxes are only available for new customers. If you’re unsure whether the Full Bowl Plan is right for you, try Lyka’s Half Bowl Plan that covers half of your dog’s daily dietary needs.
