As a massive dog lover, Rob was never without a furry friend in his life, having previously had three gorgeous Boxers. Coming into his life just over two years ago, Josie and Justin were siblings and were numbers four and five in Rob’s Boxer line-up.
“I have always been a dog lover (some say obsessed) but I fell in love with Boxers and their crazy, exuberant zest for life, clown-like behaviour and affectionate nature.”

As for their names? Justin was named by his breeder before he found his new home with Rob, but Josie was named after, yes you guessed it – the old-school cartoon, Josie & the Pussycats!
Fun and games
For Rob, life is never dull with Boxers around. Justin and Josie are full of energy and always up to no good – in the best possible way!
“Justin is a big crazy goof ball, his energy level is extreme. He’s the biggest clown and a bit of a cuddle monster. He loves his ball and frisbee and will happily play all day. Josie on the other hand is a little doll, she’s very cheeky, very clever and very sensitive. She loves people, driving in the car and running away with my underwear and socks as I chase after her – it’s one of her favourite games.”

Always up for a good time, Justin and Josie love the beach and love being involved in anything that Rob does. But most of all, they are always there for him as a companion during the good times and the bad.
All-natural
Rob had always fed Justin and Josie a homemade natural diet and when it came to dog nutrition, he was a huge advocate for real quality food. However, this was a very time-consuming process that required a lot of effort and expense to ensure their nutritional needs were met.
