How do I claim 50% off on my first order?
You can redeem your credit by using your friend's referral code at checkout. Referral rewards are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other offers or used more than once per customer.
Do you offer a smaller box to start with?
Yes, you can give Lyka the sniff test with our Starter Box. At checkout, you can choose to either sign up for a continuous plan straight away or select the Starter Box, which will convert to a continuous plan later. Remember – Lyka is flexible, so you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time.
Is there a minimum subscription time required?
Not at all. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Lyka account. You can also switch between different plan options. We only ask that you make any changes before your next scheduled payment, so that your upcoming order is not processed.
When do you deliver?
Your delivery will arrive every few weeks, depending on your customised shipping schedule. You’ll always be able to see your next scheduled delivery through your Lyka account. Once each box is shipped, you will receive a link to track your delivery.

Do I have to be home when it's delivered?
Enjoy worry-free delivery with Lyka. Our deliveries come to you through our cold-courier service, and you’ll be provided with an ETA the evening before delivery. Our insulated box keeps your pupper’s meals at the right temperature until you get home. Just be sure to pop the pouches into the freezer once you arrive!

What if I still have dog food left?
No trouble at all! When moving your pup over to our Lyka meals, we do recommend a gradual transition (where you mix your pupper’s current food with their Lyka meals!), so that your pup’s gut microbiome has time to adjust to the new and exciting ingredients.
