How do I serve and store Lyka cat food?
Cats that qualify for this pilot should be fed 250 grams per day — this is split into 2x 125-gram pouches for easy morning and night feeding. Make sure to keep your pouches frozen and served within 4 months. Once thawed, serve within 7 days. After opening, make sure it’s eaten within 2 days.
What changes should I expect to see in my cat after transitioning to Lyka?
Like pups, we've noticed a real difference in cats too!

How do I access my cat’s Lyka account?
Your cat’s Lyka account is separate from your dog’s account. Once you've subscribed to the pilot, access your account here.
You can change your address or your cat's details and see upcoming payments here. Need to skip a box or cancel? Contact us on 0482 097 579 or cats@lyka.com.au.
When is my delivery arriving?
If you have 1 cat, your deliveries will arrive weekly on Saturdays, with payment processed on Monday at midnight. If you have 2 cats, your deliveries will come every 2 weeks on Saturdays, with payment processed on Monday at midnight.
Once your delivery is shipped, you'll receive a link to track your delivery. Need to change your delivery date? contact our cat experts on 0482 097 579 or email us at cats@lyka.com.au.
How do I pause my delivery?
Contact our cat experts team via phone or text on 0482 097 579. You can also email us at cats@lyka.com.au to pause your upcoming delivery. Let us know before your payment is processed on Monday so we can make sure that week's delivery is successfully paused.
How do I change my delivery address?
After logging into your cat’s Lyka account, scroll to the Billing and Shipping Information section and click the “Update information” button. From here, you can make any changes to your delivery address.
How do I change my payment details?
Log in to your cat’s Lyka account, scroll to the Payment Methods section and click the pencil icon next to your current card information. From here, you can make any changes to your payment details.
Is this pilot available in my location?
This pilot is available to VIC, NSW, SE QLD and SA customers.
Let us know if you’re located in WA, NT, regional QLD or TAS and want to try Lyka cat food. We’ll reach out once we expand to your area.
Why does my account say I’m on a free trial?
When we set up your cat food profile, we made some tweaks in our system so you’re billed on Mondays. This triggers what looks like a “free trial”, but is actually the system we use to make this happen. We apologise for any confusion.
Lyka isn’t right for my cat. How do I cancel the pilot?
We’re sorry to see you go! To cancel, contact our cat experts on 0482 097 579 or email us at cats@lyka.com.au.
Can my friend join Lyka’s cat food pilot?
Eventually, we’d love to have your friend on board (the more the merrier!). For now, this cat food pilot is just for existing customers. Send them this survey to complete and we’ll get in touch when we are ready to open it up to all cat parents.
