While most pet foods meet the minimum protein requirements, our focus is on what is optimal for a dog's health. Our protein levels are based on recommendations from Board Certified Veterinary Nutritionists. Higher protein levels also contribute positively to body mass, both muscle and fat, coat health, immune function, and ageing.
