At Lyka, we partner with selected veterinary clinics (Participating Clinics) to help dogs live healthier, happier lives. These terms apply to Lyka’s limited time vet clinic referral offer (Program). By using a Participating Clinic’s unique QR code or claiming a benefit under the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

What you will receive

If you meet the eligibility requirements and follow the steps below, you can receive at the Participating Clinic:

• $50 off a veterinary consultation; and

• two free Lyka meal sample pouches.

The clinic will apply the consultation discount directly to your invoice and provide the samples. You do not need to claim reimbursement from Lyka. Lyka will reimburse the clinic for valid discounts issued during the Program period.

How to claim the offer

To claim the offer, you must complete each of the following steps while the Program is available:

1. at a Participating Clinic, scan and use that clinic’s unique Lyka QR code;

2. complete the Lyka sign-up process through that QR code and sign up to a Lyka meal subscription;

3. complete your sign-up at the clinic. If you do not finish during your first visit, you may return to the clinic to complete the sign-up and claim the offer, provided the Program is still available;

4. show a clinic staff member your completed Lyka sign-up confirmation before paying for your consultation; and

5. the clinic will verify that you signed up using its unique QR code, apply a $50 discount to your consultation invoice and give you two free Lyka meal sample pouches.

If the consultation costs less than $50, the discount is limited to the consultation total. Any unused amount is forfeited and cannot be paid in cash, carried forward or applied to other services.

Eligibility and limits

The Program and its benefits:

• are available only to new Lyka customers who have not previously held a Lyka account, placed a Lyka order or received a Lyka delivery;

• may be claimed once per dog per eligible customer;

• are available only through a Participating Clinic’s unique QR code and only while the Program remains available at that clinic;

• require you to complete sign-up and show the clinic your confirmation before the clinic applies the discount and before you pay for your consultation;

• cannot be combined with another Lyka offer, referral code, discount, credit or promotion except for any welcome discount offered by Lyka from time-to-time, unless Lyka agrees otherwise;

• cannot be applied retrospectively, transferred, sold or redeemed for cash; and

• are subject to sample availability.

Signing up starts an ongoing Lyka meal subscription. You can change, pause or cancel at any time through your Lyka account.

Privacy

Lyka and the Participating Clinic may share limited pet parent information, including your name, your dog’s name, your sign-up status and use of the clinic’s QR code, only as reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and administer the Program.

Misuse

Lyka may withhold, cancel or recover any discount, sample, rebate, commission or other benefit where it reasonably suspects fraud, gaming, self-referral, duplicate accounts, inaccurate records or other misuse.

Changes and general terms

Lyka may change, pause or end the Program or these terms at any time by updating these terms. Changes apply from that date and do not affect valid benefits already issued before that date. Lyka’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply to the Program.
