Lyka Refer a Friend Program Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Lyka’s Refer a Friend Program (Program). By taking part in the Program, you agree to these terms.
How the Program works
Existing Lyka customers (Referrers) can invite friends and family (Referrals) to try Lyka by sharing their unique referral code or referral link (Referral Code). The referral code can be found in the customer’s account. Lyka may remove or amend the below rewards at any time by updating these terms. Merchandise is only available while stocks last.
Give 50, get 50
In accordance with these terms, if an eligible Referral uses the Referral Code to place their first Lyka order:
the Referral will receive 50% off their first Lyka order and 30% off their second Lyka order; and
the Referrer will receive 50% off their next Lyka order.
Merchandise perks
As a thank you for sharing Lyka, Referrers can also earn exclusive merchandise perks:
First successful referral: cap + market bag; and
Second successful referral: cooler bag + treats.
Each Referrer can earn a maximum of one first referral perk and one second referral perk.If a Referrer has already made 1 successful referral before 25 August, their next referral will earn them the 1st referral perk (cap + market bag), and the referral after that will earn them the 2nd referral perk (cooler bag + treats). If a Referrer has already made between 2 and 4 successful referrals before 25 August, their next referral will earn them the 2nd referral perk (cooler bag + treats). If a Referrer has already made 5 successful referrals, they are not eligible for any further merchandise perks.
The merchandise perk depends on when the successful referral is made. Referrals made before Tuesday, 25 August 2026 will receive the previous merchandise perks made available by Lyka at the relevant time: a Lyka x frank green poo bag holder for the first successful referral and a Lyka cap for the second successful referral. Referrals made on or after Tuesday, 25 August 2026 will receive the new perks listed above.
Who can use a Referral Code?
Referral Codes may only be used by new Lyka customers. This means the person using the Referral Code must not have previously held a Lyka account, placed a Lyka order or received a Lyka delivery. Referral Codes cannot be used by existing or returning customers, or by a customer on their own account.
A Referral will be considered a successful Referral once the Referral has placed their first eligible Lyka order using the Referral Code and that order has not been cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed.
Referral Codes and referral rewards:
cannot be applied to, and do not include, Lyka’s treats and supplements;
can only be used once per eligible customer;
where a reward applies across more than one order, it must be used on consecutive orders only;
cannot be split or applied across multiple orders, unless provided under these terms;
cannot be combined with any other offer, referral (including any other Referral Code or referral reward), discount, credit or promotion, unless Lyka says otherwise;
apply automatically and cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders;
cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise commercialised;
are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash; and
may be withheld, cancelled or reversed if the relevant customer’s Lyka subscription or account is cancelled, refunded or paused before the reward is applied or delivered.
General
Referral limit: Each Referrer can receive referral rewards for up to 5 successful Referrals in total. Lyka may update or change this limit from time to time.
Sharing referral codes: Referring customers should only share Referral Codes with people who are happy to receive them. Referral Codes must not be shared in a way that is misleading, spam, unlawful or inconsistent with Lyka’s brand. Referring customers are not agents, representatives or employees of Lyka and must not suggest otherwise. Lyka will not be held responsible for any lost, late or misdirected referrals.
Fair use and misuse: Lyka may withhold, cancel or remove any Referral Code, referral reward, discount, credit or benefit if Lyka reasonably suspects fraud, gaming, misuse, bad faith, self-referral, multiple account creation or any other activity that undermines the fairness or purpose of the Program. Lyka may also place accounts on hold, prevent orders or deliveries or disqualify customers from the Program where appropriate.
Changes to the Program: Lyka may change, pause or end the Program, including these terms, at any time without notice. If changes are made, they will apply from the time they are published on Lyka’s website or otherwise notified by Lyka.
Privacy: Lyka handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Customers should not share another person’s personal information with Lyka or through the Program unless they have that person’s permission to do so. By participating in this Program, each Referrer and Referral acknowledges that their status as an active Lyka customer may be disclosed with their respective Referral or Referrer for the purposes of applying or managing any Referral Code or referral reward.
Additional terms: Lyka’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply and form part of this Program. Lyka is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage arising from the campaign or use of the rewards, except where required by law.
