Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
Definitions
Referee Credit: Discounts can only be used by new customers who have not previously had a Lyka Pet Food account or received a Lyka Pet Food delivery. Returning or existing customers are not eligible for this discount and cannot apply their own unique code on their account.
Referee Credit Redemption: A referred (friend or family member) can redeem their credit by clicking on a referral link to place an order on the Lyka Pet Food website or by using a referral code at checkout. Referral rewards are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other offers or used more than once per customer.
Referral Limit: A referrer can refer up to 5 friends and can receive up to 5 referral rewards to be applied to future boxes (where payment has not yet been processed). Lyka Pet Food reserves the right to adjust the number of referral rewards at any time.
Referrer Credit Redemption: Following a successful credit redemption by a referrer’s referee, a referrer will receive a discount that will be applied to the referrer’s next payment.
Cancellation: A customer who cancels their subscription or account with Lyka Pet Food will forfeit any remaining offers, credits or discounts on their account.
Successful referral: A referral is considered successful when the referee signs up for a Lyka Pet Food subscription using the referrer’s unique code or link and places their first order.
Give 50, get 50 Promotion
From 30 May 2024, existing Lyka Pet Food customers (‘Referrers’) can refer friends and family (‘Referrals’) to receive 50% off on their first Lyka order (excluding Treats and Supplements). In return, Referrers will receive 50% off their next payment (excluding Treats and Supplements) to be processed under their subscription.
The terms under the ‘Refer a Friend Scheme’ clause in these Terms will apply to this “Give 50, get 50” Promotion.
We may amend or withdraw this “Give 50, get 50” Promotion at any time.
Win $1000 worth of Lyka competition
How to Enter: Between 23 January 2025 and 23 February 2025, existing Lyka Pet Food customers (‘Referrers’) can refer friends and family (‘Referrals’) to receive 1x entry into a competition to win $1000 worth of Lyka for themselves and $1000 worth of Lyka for the Referral. Referrers will also go into the running to win 1 of 100 pouches of Lyka treats.
An entry to the competition will only be earned if the Referral is ‘successful.’ A successful Referral occurs when:
The Referral signs up to Lyka using the Referers unique code within the competition period.
The Referral orders and pays for at least 1 box of Lyka within the competition period.
Eligibility: Referrers must be Active Lyka customers for the duration of the competition. Referrals must be Active Lyka customers when the competition closes(11.59pm on 23 February 2025). Paused or cancelled Lyka customers are not eligible.
Prizes
Major prize: $1000 worth of Lyka for the Referrer and $1000 worth of Lyka for the Referral
Minor prize: 1 pouch of Lyka treats (100 pouches in total to be given away)
Contest Period: The competition opens at 12:01am on 23 January 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 23 February 2025. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be notified by Lyka Pet Food via email by COB 4 March 2025.
If a winner does not respond to this email within seven (7) business days of the first notification attempt, an alternate winner may be chosen.
Acceptance of Terms
By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that all decisions by Lyka Pet Food regarding this competition are final.
Lyka Pet Food reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The “Win $1000 worth of Lyka” competition is an addition to the “Give 50, get 50” Promotion outlined above. The T&Cs of the “Give 50, get 50” Promotion also apply.
