Eligibility

This competition is open to Australian residents who are Lyka customers at the time of entry and for the duration of the competition. Lyka employees are not eligible to enter. The competition is running monthly for a limited time only.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit the following:

• A photo or video of their dog

• A short description of why their dog deserves to win

Entries can be submitted either:

• By commenting on the designated post in the Lyka Pupper Parent Facebook Group, or

• Via a Typeform sent out via email (for those not on Facebook)

Separate posts outside of the designated entry methods will not be considered. Participants consent that if they win the competition, Lyka may use the photo and description in marketing materials.

Entry Period

Running monthly for a limited time only. Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on the final day of the month. Entries submitted outside of this period won’t be accepted.

Prize

The winner will receive:

• 3 pouches of Lyka treats

• 1 Lyka hat

• 1 Lyka tote bag

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are subject to availability.

Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected by Lyka Pet Food based on creativity and originality.

• The winner will be contacted via email. Once confirmed, the winner will be announced in Lyka’s email newsletter and Facebook group early in the month following the competition.

• If the winner does not reply to the winner confirmation email within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Publicity

By entering, participants grant Lyka permission to use their name, dog’s name, photo, and description in marketing materials, including social media and email communications.

Liability and Privacy

• Lyka Pet Food is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage arising from the competition or the use of the prize, except where required by law.

• Lyka reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Personal information provided during entry will be handled under the Lyka Pet Food Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Acceptance of Terms

By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that all decisions by Lyka Pet Food regarding this competition are final.
